BSc Aircraft Maintenance- (Hons) 1977 Northrop University Los Angeles- California, Over 40 years experience in airlines Maintenance, Planning, Quality Assurance/ Safety/ Flight Operations/Ground Operations/Cabin Services/ Line/Base Maintenance and Quality Co ntrol. Past 25 years was working as Quality & Safety Director/Post holder for Head of State VVIP aircraft operator. Mr. Khoury has excellent knowledge and experience in auditing, EASA/GCAA/FAA compliance, contract reviews, specification reviews, certification plans review, modifications/aircraft interior completion monitoring processes STC approvals with Civil Aviation, aircraft purchases, and sales. Mr. Khoury also has extensive experience in Operations department Quality & Safety functions, and have excellent auditing and monitoring experience in Safety, Emergency Response Plan, Flight & Ground Operations, Fuel Farms,, charter companies, AMOs, engine shops and Ground handling companies.
Ekkehard Klett
Director Sales & Business Development
Mr. Klett, a Design and certification specialist with over 40 years of experience in aircraft Maintenance & Modifications including cabin completion of narrow and wide-body aircraft in a leading Completion center in Basle Switzerland.. Outstanding negotiations with Civil Aviation Authorities; EASA/FAA/PCA in regards to certification and approvals. Mr. Klett had design responsibility for the first Live TV installation on BBJ 1& 2 / B767 / B747-400 and A330. & A340. Supporting major completion center on their certification-related problems in reference to large Antenna installations In total, Mr. Klett worked on approx. 600 Minor and Major Alterations e.g. in Maintenance & Modifications for Avionics in small and large A/C.
Kee Sun Chia
Manager - Avionics Specialist
Avionics specialist with over 40 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, and project management. Recent 28 years working on Head of State VVIP aircraft such as B747-8, B747-400, B747SP, B777-200/-300, B737NG, F900, and BAe146. He was heavily involved in much heavy maintenance and interior modification projects and have long work experiences with Lufthansa TechnicsHamburg, Jet Aviation Basle, AMAC- Basle, and L3 Waco Texas. Mr. Chia is detailed in his work and is very picky when it comes to safety and Quality.
K.H. Looi
Manager-Airframe & Powerplant Specialist
Airframe & Powerplant Specialist with over 40 years experience in Maintenance Engineering and project management. Recent 25 years working on Head of State VVIP aircraft such as B747-8, B747- 400, SP747, B777-200/-300, A300-600, B737NG. Mr. Looi has extensive aircraft maintenance experience and vast knowledge in managing aircraft interior completion projects from A to Z. Also as Technical Representative for aircraft heavy maintenance & Interior Modification projects on a variety of VVIP aircraft with Lufthansa Technik, Jet Aviation-Basle, AMAC- Basle, Boeing Wichita and L3 Waco Texas. Mr. Looi has sound knowledge of aircraft safety and maintenance quality and will always ensure all safety aspects are in compliance in relation to the aircraft airworthiness and cost control.
Captain Elias Salameh
Operations Senior Consultant
Elias has over 24,000 flying hours on B777, B767, B757, B737NG & MAX,B727, A310, A320, L1011 and F100. He has worked with major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Royal Aviation Canada, Carib Jet (Air India), Royal Jordanian and currently flies for American Airlines. Elias speaks English, Arabic, Spanish and French. He has vast experience in Operations auditing, is FAA Part 121 International Ops and 142 TRTO consultant for Ab-Initio pilot training, MPL, and initial Type ratings. Captain Salameh is based in the USA and is heavily involved in re-marketing for airline jets, leasing, and acquisition; consulting for Airline needs and MRO coordination and airline surplus & providing turn-key solutions for aviation at large.
Captain Adel Almatarawi
Captain Adel, a former A320 Airbus airline pilot for major airlines in the Gulf Region and the Middle East, a Senior Safety Risk Specialist for the U.A.E General Civil Aviation Authority (State-Level), a Quality & Safety Manager (CAA Approved Post Holder) with a university degree in Aviation Security Management from Australia with over 30 years of experience. During his career as an airline pilot, he was a Lead Auditor (IRCA-UK) for more than 18 years. Captain Adel brings with him experience in Providing compliance services to support aviation stakeholders aiming to assure the implementation of the CAA regulatory, safety, and security standards and the organizations’ policies/procedures through scheduled/unscheduled audits/inspections as per the clients’ senior executives' requirements for the Airlines and Airports. Support ICAO recent initiative “No Country Left Behind - NCLB” and cooperate with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAAs) in developing/implementing its relevant mandates with a focus in Africa.

Mohammad has over 40 years of experience in ground Operations and Flight Operations Training. He specializes in the following training: – Dangerous Goods Training for all categories in the airlines. – Crew Scheduling and Duty Time Limitations based on FAA and EASA and national regulations. – Dispatcher recurrent training including.
